Software engineer working on backend and data systems.

I'm an M.S. Computer Science student at San Jose State University. I build backend and data systems: a durable job queue, a real-time delivery dispatcher, a DNS server written from the wire format up. I care about how they behave when retries pile up and workers crash, and I measure it.

At GoFundMe I worked on campaign data with Neo4j and Kafka. My thesis is about keeping a knowledge graph accurate as conflicting facts stream in. I'm looking for full-time software engineering roles.

  • Durable Jobs

A Go and PostgreSQL background-job service built to survive retries, vanished workers, and bad deploys, with recovery drills measured on AWS.

Go, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana

  • Campus Delivery

Order, courier accept, live tracking, and a dispatcher map, built to stay correct under concurrent access and flaky networks.

Java 21, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, PostGIS, Kafka, Spark, React, TypeScript

  • Authoritative DNS server

A small authoritative DNS server in Go, written from the wire format up without a DNS library, serving a JSON-configured zone over UDP and TCP.

    Go, Docker, GitHub Actions

  • Dual-Memory

A two-agent memory system for AI assistants. A fast Writer captures facts into a Neo4j graph, and a slower Editor keeps that graph clean.

    TypeScript, Python, Neo4j, LLMs

GoFundMe

  • Designed a multi-level Neo4j taxonomy schema for a corpus of more than 190 million campaigns.
  • Built a Kotlin Kafka listener consuming more than 10,000 campaign events a day.
  • Designed and built schema-enforced migration tooling for legacy campaign data.
  • Implemented GraphQL endpoints and item-level retrieval for Donation Registry.
  • Diagnosed and fixed a production datetime-parsing bug that affected timestamp consistency.
